Summary
A nobleman’s cherished daughter has always carried one quiet sorrow: her royal engagement, arranged since childhood, feels utterly empty. Her prince never calls or lends support, reducing their bond to mere words. When her parents die suddenly and her uncle’s family seizes her home, she meets a fatal, poisoned end. Awakening in the past, just before her death, she embraces her parents’ affectionate nickname for her and vows to change her destiny and recover everything taken from her. As she moves forward, the one who unexpectedly steps in to protect her is that very prince who once appeared so detached—suggesting her aloof fiancé may have secretly held her dear all along.
