Summary
Jiyoon Cha gives her all to get through each day, despite feeling unfulfilled by her corporate career and disillusioned by romance. As a woman in her thirties, she’s under constant societal pressure to find stability, torn between her emotionally unavailable supervisor and a childish former partner. Her closest colleague, usually a source of support, is barely holding on herself. All Jiyoon truly desires is to unwind with some fried chicken and a cold beer—but simple pleasures feel just out of reach.
